CAN I PURCHASE GOODS AND PICK THEM UP ON A LATER DATE?

Yes, purchases can be picked up on a later date. We will try our best to accommodate your duration request. Please see a sales associate for more information.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE?

Yes, we can arrange delivery service for you. Deliveries can be done 24 hours after purchase date (excluding Sundays)

DO YOU PACK THE FURNITURE FOR TRANSPORTATION?

We do not. All customers are responsible for bringing their own packing material and straps to secure loads.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all sales are final and sold on an “AS IS” condition.

CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, however the same credit card must be brought in at the time of pick up for verification purposes. A credit card sales slip must be signed as well.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

Yes, please have them bring the invoice or be able to provide the invoice number when picking up the products.
